Convert the String to camelCase in java: Quick way

Here is the code to convert the data to Camel case i.e. First letter in word is capital and other are small case

Cause:
This error may occur if you do not have the permission to start the java process or you have not set the proper classpath.

eg:
$ javac

java.lang.Error: Properties init: Could not determine current working directory.

Resolution:
1. Start the java process with root permission
2. Get the execute access of java.exe/java for current user/group .

Workaround:

- When working with Oracle database, ORA-01795 (maximum number of expressions in a list) is a typical error when working with a large number of expressions in list parameters (IN(expr_list)).
- The workaround would be to use a sub-query
- eg:
select * from employee where emp_id in (1,2,3, ... 3000)
partition this parameter list in smaller lists with a maximum of 1000 elements (the oracle limit)
